  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat the Italian sausage links in the seasoning mixture evenly.

Cooking

  • Place the sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  • Air fry the sausage for 12-15 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the sausages from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
