Mixing Ingredients

  • Air fry the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  • Carefully remove the basket and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

For best results, choose starchy potatoes, ensure uniform size for even cooking, and don’t skip preheating the air fryer. Store leftovers in a sealed container and consume within 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
