Preparation

  • Wash the carrots thoroughly. Peel them if desired.
  • Cut the carrots into thin, even strips.

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, toss the carrot strips with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley over the carrots. Mix well.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the carrot fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and crispy. If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
