Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, making sure they are uniform in size.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Check for tenderness; the florets should be soft inside and crispy outside.

Serving

  • Serve hot alongside your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a spicy twist, toss florets in buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Reheat in air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
