  • Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Roll the egg-coated chicken pieces in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  • Place the coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Lightly spray the chicken bites with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Cook the chicken bites for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Ensure chicken bites are golden brown and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Remove the chicken bites from the air fryer and serve immediately with your choice of dips.

Notes

For best results, cut chicken into uniform pieces and do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Variations include adding spices for heat or cheese to the breading for extra flavor.
