  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a seasoning paste.
  • Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning until they are completely coated.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  • Cook the chicken tenders for about 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (75°C). Cook for additional minutes if needed.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken tenders for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
