  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help the oil and seasonings stick.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.

Cooking

  • Cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider marinating the chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking.
