  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley Fresh herbs enhance flavor.
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix together ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper until just combined.
  • Roll small portions of the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, checking the internal temperature to ensure they reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 7 minutes.
