Pasta and Seasoning

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (choose your favorite shape) Smaller shapes like elbow macaroni work best.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Keep it lightly coated.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds a herby taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Adjust for taste.

Toppings

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place seasoned pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.

Cooking

  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove pasta chips from air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan as they cool, if desired. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

Serve with dips like marinara sauce or ranch. Try adding different seasonings for unique flavors.
