Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the zucchini under cool running water and slice into fry shapes.
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Dip each zucchini slice into the beaten egg.
  • Roll the zucchini sticks in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Place the coated zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for crispiness; if needed, air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from air fryer and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Leftover fries can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
