Brownie Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs At room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour Sifted
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder Sifted
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips Semi-sweet or dark
  • ½ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and Bailey’s Irish Cream until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.

Notes

For added indulgence, serve with whipped cream or ice cream, and consider drizzling with chocolate sauce. Best served with coffee or tea.
