Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce

  • 1 pound chicken breast - cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Toss the bite-sized chicken pieces in the sauce until they are well coated.

Cooking

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and lay the coated chicken pieces in a single layer.
  • Cook the chicken for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • The chicken is done when golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Serve on a bed of cooked white rice, allowing the sauce to drizzle over the chicken and rice.
  • Optional: Sprinkle chopped green onions or sesame seeds on top for added flavor.

Notes

To store, let cool and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results. For variations, consider using shrimp, tofu, or adding veggies to the recipe.
