Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until well blended.
  • Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.

Coating

  • Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg, and finally roll in the breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Lightly spray the tops of the tenders with olive oil.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Carefully remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes
