Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the creamed mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Shape the dough into egg-like forms and arrange them on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Lightly flatten each cookie with your hand.

Baking

  • Bake cookies in the preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges.
  • Decorate with chocolate chips or candies while the cookies are still warm.
