  • Take your frozen chicken breasts out of the packaging.
  • If desired, drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and any additional spices.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the chicken at 360°F (182°C) for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

Ensure chicken breasts are not frozen together before placing in the air fryer. Experiment with different seasonings and marinades for added flavor.
