Ingredients

Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tortillas (large or medium)
  • 8 slices Sliced ham
  • 4 slices Cheese slices (your choice, like cheddar or Swiss)
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard or mayonnaise (optional) Use for added flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or oil spray (for crisping)
  • 1 cup Optional toppings (like sliced pickles or jalapeños) Customize to your preference

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of mustard or mayonnaise over the tortilla if desired.
  • Place one or two slices of ham on one side of the tortilla.
  • Add a slice or two of your chosen cheese on top of the ham.
  • If desired, sprinkle some sliced pickles or jalapeños on top.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from the side with the filling, tucking the ends in as you roll.
  • Brush the outside of the wrap lightly with melted butter or spray with oil.
  • Place the wraps seam side down in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.

Cooking

  • Air fry the wraps for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese has melted, checking halfway and flipping for even cooking.
  • Carefully remove the wraps and let them cool slightly before slicing in half or serving whole.

Notes

Allow the wraps to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Cook frozen wraps directly in the air fryer, increasing the cooking time as needed.
