  • Wash the oranges and cut them into quarters, removing any seeds. Blend the orange quarters in a food processor until smooth.

  • Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Add the blended oranges to the egg mixture and combine until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Baking
