Cooking

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, pour in the milk and heat on medium-high until warm but not boiling.
  • Add cocoa powder and sugar, whisking until smooth.
  • Introduce cinnamon and chili powder, whisking again.
  • Add milk chocolate chips and a dash of salt. Stir continuously for about five minutes until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
