  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes For topping
  • 2 pieces Lime wedges For squeezing over tacos
  • to taste Salt To season protein
  • to taste Your favorite salsa or hot sauce For additional flavor

Preparation

  • Heat the small corn tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.
  • Prepare your protein by cooking it to your desired level. Season with salt and any spices you prefer, then grill or sauté until fully cooked.
  • Once the protein is ready, chop it into small pieces for easy assembly.

Assembly

  • Assemble each taco by placing some of the protein in the center of a warm tortilla.
  • Top the protein with chopped onions, fresh cilantro, and diced tomatoes.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and add salsa or hot sauce for an extra kick.
