  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

For the filling

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gradually add the flour, stirring until just combined.

Assembly

  • Take a small amount of cookie dough and flatten it in your palm.
  • Place an Oreo in the center and mold the dough around it, sealing it completely.
  • Place the stuffed cookie dough balls onto a baking sheet, spaced apart.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These cookies can be enjoyed warm, slightly chilled, or even dunked in milk. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
