- 1/2 cup powdered sugar For rolling the cookies before baking.

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended and forms a thick dough.
- If adding white chocolate chips, fold them into the dough.
- Place powdered sugar in a shallow dish. Scoop out small balls of dough (about 1 inch) and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in the powdered sugar until fully coated, then place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops look slightly cracked.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
