Ingredients
  

Cookie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened Room temperature for better mixing
  • 1 cup brown sugar Packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Chocolate Chips

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips For sweetness
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips For rich flavor
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips For creaminess

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Use a tablespoon to drop rounded scoops of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  • Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the centers remain soft.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For thicker cookies, refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. Serve warm with milk or as an ice cream sandwich for a delicious treat.
